Needs Discovery & Analysis
I was tasked with assessing the Innovation Navigator website UI and information architecture. Through methods like competitive benchmarking, stakeholder interviews, and surveys, I evaluated the existing site and presented a new design direction for feature pages, influencing the team leads' initial brief.
Refining Site Structure & Navigation
Following this process, collaborative sessions with stakeholders, content team, and team developer were held to refine the new site information architecture, leading to improved user flow and navigation.

Iterative Design & Testing
Inspiration and best practices were gleaned from competitive benchmarking, informing the initial design direction for the new site. A/B testing on key pages facilitated the development of a user-friendly page layout and established a foundation for reusable templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency in future development efforts.
Multiple page layout iterations
Navigating Accenture's strict brand guidelines, including specific colour palettes and UI elements, presented a unique design challenge. Balancing creative expression with brand consistency was a rewarding part of this project.

Launch & Impact
Collaborating closely with the team developer, we successfully launched the redesigned Innovation Navigator website. This resulted in a significant boost in traffic and subscriptions, demonstrating the value of a user centred design approach.

To ensure design consistency across future projects, I developed a comprehensive UI kit for the platform. This kit encompasses typography, colour palettes, iconography, button styles, spacing scales, layout grids, and sample layouts, and continues to be actively used today.
